Warranty

At HVAC Hampton LLC, we stand behind our work and equipment. We provide a 1-year limited warranty on all HVAC installations, ductwork, and equipment. 

 Coverage: 

  • Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship related to the following: 

  • HVAC equipment installation 

  • Ductwork installation and modification 

  • Equipment replacement (according to manufacturer's brand 5-10 years) 

  

This warranty does not cover:   

  • Damage resulting from lack of maintenance, neglect, or improper use 

  • Damage caused by external factors (e.g., power outages, natural disasters) 

  • Maintenance-related issues (e.g., filter changes, cleaning) 

  • Repairs or modifications made by unauthorized personnel 

Maintenance Requirements: 

To ensure optimal performance and validity of this warranty, regular maintenance is required. This includes: 

  • Annual equipment inspections 

  • Filter changes as recommended by the manufacturer 

  • Cleaning of equipment and ductwork as necessary 

  

Warranty Period: 

 This warranty is effective for a period of 1 year from the date of installation.
